Medicaid #areuin? Application

If your student is currently enrolled in NH Medicaid, we are proud to offer full scholarships and/or reduced pricing for certain programs and activities offered in our region through our partners. 

There is no need to fill out additional income/financial paperwork at the time of signing up. Having the #areuin? card automatically qualifies your student for the discount. 

Please complete the online sign-up form below and upload a screenshot of your child’s NH Easy Account showing your child’s name and the active dates for which they are currently receiving NH Medicaid.  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PHYSICAL NH MEDICAID CARDS WITHOUT CURRENT COVERAGE DATES.

You will receive your card within 7-10 business days.
